The chicken calzone is fantastic. It was hot and fresh When I arrived. It was full of cheese, oozing out as a cut it. I would definitely order this again.
I ordered online for delivery. I appreciated that they reached out to me directly asking to substitute a drink I ordered. It was considerate and convenient. The delivery was fast and the pizza was delicious. I will order from them again.
Parking over here is a little tight. You go and order your slice in about five minutes later you get it. It was thin New York style, very tasty.
best NY sliced pizza that i've had in a while!!! you walk up to a little popup register and order the pizza, wait for it to be prepared. at the pick up counter they also have a variety of shakers for toppings (grated cheese, pepper flakes, etc), napkins directly behind you and then you're on your way! the plaza is right across the street or you can sit in the little outdoor seating they have right in front of the joint. wow i will be back forsure
I love this place. Unassuming small pizza joint with nowhere to sit. Order from the computer or with the cashier. Great huge NY style pizza slices for $5-6. They have specials with drinks too. Always fresh and hot and super tasty. Totally worth it. I get a slice after dinner in the area because I can't help myself. Love their pepperoni and mushroom. Hubby is a pizza snob and always judges based on the cheese slice and he loves it. I have also doordashed the whole pie because it's a good deal for great quality NY style pizza in this area (and why yes, I have been to NY like 6x)
Here's another place I've been meaning to try for a while and I was craving pizza so today was the day! background: I've traveled to NYC several times so I've had "NY Style Pizza" at its source. It's one of the restaurants surrounding the Todos Santo Plaza in Concord. You order inside either at the counter or at two kiosk. The inside is small with a couple of coolers and seating available out on the patio. I order a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. They serve it pipping hot right out of the oven so even if you're tempted to take a bite i highly recommend that you wait, trust me!The crust was this thin and crispy with char on the edges and zero flop. The toppings were fresh and flavorful with the right sauce to cheese ratio. The fact that you can still get two slices and drink for seven bucks is incredible in this "food cost" environment. This is an excellent slice for NY Slice connoisseurs and price is a bonus!!
iSlice this is a small pizza chain in the East Bay, with locations at the Sun Valley Mall and Todos Santos Plaza. We tend to buy a slice when visiting the mall, but this location at Todos Santos is cool to go to when the family is chilling at the park. I went with my son, and he had recently started watching shows about pizza with toppings like olives and mushrooms. I was weary that he would like these toppings, and was pleasantly surprised that he really enjoyed the olives in particular. The ordering is very simple, you can order the kiosk or counter service is provided as well. The staff is super friendly, and the outdoor seating provides a comfortable environment with the park as your background. I will definitely come back in the future to grab slices when visiting the park. Their pizza prices are very reasonable as well. Check it out next time you're in the area, it's a good bang for your buck. They have condiments, and cheese with peppers at the counter to jazz up your slices to your liking.
I ordered a mushroom pizza and a pepperoni pizza. Both were good. The crust was firm, thin, and crunchy. There was a good ratio of cheese and sauce. The flavor was a little on the bland side, but overall the pizza wasn't bad. I ordered slices on another day which were HUGE! One slice is about the equivalent of 2. I will definitely be ordering again. The pizzas were made quickly and the delivery driver brought them earlier than expected.
